Any hire vehicles will be provided with a full tank of fuel (minus delivery & collection fuel). You will need to ensure that the hire vehicle is returned to Europcar with a full tank of fuel to avoid additional charges. If Europcar need to refuel the vehicle, you will be charged at our standard refuelling rate per litre and with a fixed surcharge which your hire provider may pass on to you.

Please note our vehicles may not always perform to the same efficiency as your own vehicle, something out of our control due to different engine sizes and weight etc, we can not guarantee the fuel type of the vehicle provided due to such a fluid fleet unless an EV specific vehicle is booked.

100% Electric vehicles are to be returned with a minimum of 50% charge remaining at the point of collection. However we kindly request that you return the vehicle with the same level of charge it was delivered with.
