Arranging the return of the replacement vehicle

Please contact your booking provider to arrange a collection.

If you have arranged for your vehicle to be collected at the end of your rental period then please be aware that it will be collected within eight working hours from the specific date and time we have been notified to collect the vehicle on. This may not be the date and time shown on your Rental Agreement.

Please ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe and accessible place at the agreed collection address that will allow us up to eight working hours from the collection off hire date and time to collect it without imposing any parking fines, towing, clamping or compound charges. If you do not do so then you will be charged for any costs we incur as a result within the eight working hour period from the collection off hire date and time.

In the event that we are unable to collect the vehicle within eight working hours of it being off-hired for collection, the rental location responsible will contact you to advise and to make alternative arrangements.

You may also wish to return the replacement vehicle to your local Europcar rental station, if you wish to do so, you must return the hire vehicle by the agreed off hire date and time within opening hours.

Use our interactive Location Finder map to locate the address, sat nav coordinates and opening hours of the rental station you wish to return your hire vehicle back to.
